At 06.00 o'clock the first meetings already take place and also on Saturdays interviews are led. We have a lot of freedom, however, a certain availability, flexibility is required and demanded. However, it is exemplified 100%. Very good salary with very fair performance share! Good pension fund solutions. However, a lot of hard work is done here for demanding candidates and customers!
