Very pleasant, family-like working atmosphere. Casual interaction and flat hierarchies, yet respectful. Good team spirit in certain departments, plenty of room for maneuver for certain positions.

Communication could be greatly simplified; in some cases, responsibilities between areas/companies are somewhat mixed up. In addition, the management sometimes makes questionable decisions.

Colleague cohesion, but even that, the manager kaput!!!

Very difficult! As long as the division manager and the managing director work at Sersatechnik, I would advise against anything coming into this company.
