I find the opportunities for further training, working upwards or even going back to school very appealing at Sonnweid. Even as a newcomer, everything is possible to reorient oneself or to start anew.

I have been working at Sonnweid for more than 20 years. The opportunities with further training gave me a lot of insight into the topic of dementia and dealing with our residents. In our team, we work together and everyone has his or her responsibilities, each employee is valued in his or her abilities. There is certainly always room for improvement, but there are also many great extras, such as a staff outing or evening entertainment with a fine meal, then the team dinner, at which we are all invited by the home management, are great gifts.
