The sales area is at a good level with collegial cohesion. Two great vehicle brands. Car wash and cleanliness of the company premises are a given. The quality of the bodywork and the workshop is very convincing. There is a good restaurant in the sales building.
This could be improved
The aftersales area only has potential for improvement. Overstretched staff who are not allowed to implement anything. The sales area is too heavily favored. No "special" benefits for employees. The good social benefits advertised are the minimum required by law. No appreciation of the employees.
