Intensive interview over 4 hours with plant tour, I find top but somewhat "exaggerated" for a laboratory assistant position, is now times no CEO position.

As all the other reviews have said, the salary offer is bordering on insolence, without naming any numbers, my current employer pays me 2300 CHF more per month. With the shortage of skilled workers nowadays, the company should fight for the applicant and not the other way around. Please apply in other companies, the jobs are available no matter whether as a lab technician/chemist or in the office! Please take a month longer and have something better in hand.

There are many points where Dottikon is strong: you are very quickly introduced to practical work, you get challenging tasks in exciting projects and a lot of responsibility. The mood and the contact among each other are friendly and one pulls together at a rope. The equipment meets modern standards. People who want to develop professionally are given the opportunity here and can make a big difference. The company can look back on a long tradition and has been a stable employer in the region for over 100 years. A point at which, however, many employees with tertiary degrees are bothered: The annoying asymmetric overtime regulation. The first 2.5 hours of overtime will be cancelled each week, but minus hours will be counted from the first minute. If the management were to take corrective action here, employee satisfaction would undoubtedly increase.
