Intensive interview over 4 hours with plant tour, I find top but somewhat "exaggerated" for a laboratory assistant position, is now times no CEO position.

As all the other reviews have said, the salary offer is bordering on insolence, without naming any numbers, my current employer pays me 2300 CHF more per month. With the shortage of skilled workers nowadays, the company should fight for the applicant and not the other way around. Please apply in other companies, the jobs are available no matter whether as a lab technician/chemist or in the office! Please take a month longer and have something better in hand.

If you like to work and want to make a difference, this is the place for you. True to the motto who wants to, can. Many opportunities for further development are offered, such as internal courses, training courses, funding for further training, etc. You can work independently, but you always get support from all areas if something is unclear or you have questions.

The company should present its benefits to the outside world. Helping hands and heads are always welcome. Problems are solved quickly and in a small group. I would apply here again

The interview was very long (4 hours), some of the questions were very personal and had nothing to do with the job. I'm not gonna apply to Dottikon again.

Dottikon should only invite applicants who are really suitable for the advertised position. The interview should be shortened to one hour and should not contain any inadmissible, far too personal questions.

You can make a difference if you have the drive yourself. With the expansion, there will be more jobs in completely new laboratories. A lot of time is invested in the training of employees.

The company should present itself even more clearly to the outside world and show what all possibilities are here. New employees are needed more quickly for the newly created jobs.

Structured approach (but surprising for the applicant), looks serious. Married and open information.

If you agree 42.5 h/week contractually, the long-term expectation cannot be 45 h/week, something is wrong ... I find it exemplary that one is pointed out (not all companies do that), but reprehensible that it is expected (contradictory to the contract)...

When interviewing for a job, one should not approach the tactic of talking down applicants... In order to keep wages low, for example, the shift system is also inhuman.... Further training is not possible with the system without further ado. There's too many companies out there to have to do this to yourself.
