Family business in the 6th generation, relaxed and informal atmosphere, flexible working hours in the office. A very fair employer (especially the Weisbrod family itself) who stands behind his employees, supports them and always has an open ear. Since it's a small company, you shouldn't be too sorry in return to make unpopular "jöbbli" like washing up or cleaning up when you're in need. One should also have the willingness to spontaneously take on a task that does not actually affect one's own area of responsibility. Statements like "that's not my job" are out of place here. But it is a very human company, we laugh a lot and help each other. For me a (nearly) perfect employer.
