If you have any questions, you always get help and the team spirit is excellent. The colleagues are friendly and helpful. Great importance is attached to a strong team spirit. The hierarchy levels are relatively flat and decisions are made quickly. Working at "Hoschi" is fun, gives you the opportunity to develop and move forward together.
