- Due to the mandates one is very flexible in terms of time and can often work when and where one wants. It is important to the company that the mandates are completed at the right time and in the right quality. This is a huge advantage especially as a part-time employee. - There are employee outings as well as New Year events. - Since there is a huge selection of internal courses, further training is very important. One even gets as an annual goal the request to attend so and so many courses per year to stay up to date.
This could be improved
- Employee benefits like those in large companies do not exist at present. (Fitness, fleet discounts at car dealerships). - The systems could be a little more up-to-date. Partly laborious. Invest more in new software!

Flexible working hours which is a real plus. Nice colleagues. There is an event where you meet all your colleagues.
This could be improved
Total lack of parking, no benefits except for a bonus which is a joke. Christmas bonus is non-existent. It would be nice to have incentives for cafeterias, fitness and fleet discounts. The rented buildings are totally outdated. Sitting out at lunch is a no go, all full of buildings and 1 single table always occupied at lunch time. Moving to a modern building would be an ideal option. The salary is also more in the below average range.
