We are regularly trained not only as a duty but also with "heart and soul" to say so! I think that's good. We are motivated to improve our skills again and again. I am a talented linguist and strong in computer science.
I was able to gain a lot of experience after 18 years in the USA (with MBA degree). Nevertheless, I am always learning new tricks and not necessarily from older people.
This company suits me well and I do not have to commute far! What more do you want then?

We use many complex computer systems that need to be updated frequently.
Just like a Porsche, the whole experience costs a lot of time, money and patience. Of course I don't have an exact solution.
