The engineers working there have a great amount of knowledge, but mangament doesn't understand project scope and timelines and resource necesities, despite there being 2 managers for every 1 engineer.

- More managers than actual engineers - unrealistical time lines - new employees expected to know internal process that not even long lasting employees know fully - onboarding non-existent - massive exepctations from new employees while providing 0 onboarding - hiring 1 person to do the job of 5 people, expectation of knowledge from vastly different roles - meetings over meetings and calls all the time, with 0 time allowed for actual work - insistance on meetings for what could be an email

Flexible working hours Home office is possible and encouraged, although sparingly

Constant changes. Most employees do not stay longer than 2-3 years. Salaries are below average and individual raises are basically non-existent, no matter how hard you try and how good your evaluation is. Very high workload.

Atmosphere among the employees is mostly very good. Good infrastructure for office employees. Very flexible in working models (part-time work, home office, longer sabbaticals possible).

Only egoists get ahead. An actual promotion of the employees does not take place. Only 4 weeks of vacation with 42-hour weeks

The team cohesion is strong. Further development is encouraged and supported.

Communication flow is a topic in every company. There is potential for improvement here as well.

Diverse tasks, a lot of variety, never standing still, always going forward, exciting, challenging and stimulating.

Internal communication still has potential upwards and can be improved.
