Finnova operates in a highly exciting industry and is a very good employer. I feel very comfortable at Finnova. Flexible working hours, home office option, family-like employment conditions combined with exciting tasks and responsibility. There is certainly still work to be done, and there are ups and downs everywhere, but it is fun to work here. Another great thing was the exemplary, caring way in which employees were treated during the Corona period. No pressure to return to the office and yet the employees still come back - that speaks for itself.

There is room for improvement everywhere. It would be a lie if there wasn't here. But the will to change something is palpable.

Already during the familiarization phase, great trust was placed in me and I could count on support from my team as well as from other departments at any time. Finnova is very generous with home office options, which I personally appreciate. The office space and the cafeteria have been newly furnished and are really inviting.

There are processes that are no longer quite up to date and need to be revised. In general, I think a lot is going very well and it's fun to work at Finnova.
