Why is this a required field? Job advertisement clearly formulated, that's all.

Even 2 years after the organisation gave its opinion, the HR processes do not seem to be consolidated. As an applicant you feel "ghosted" if 2 months after the application NOTHING comes. Not even on demand. This is disrespectful to the applicant. If communication with interested parties is completely lacking, the selection process is not professional.

The foundation also gives older applicants a chance in an interview.
