The onboarding was extremely well organized, which contributed to a positive start in the company. The managing director invests a lot of time to familiarize me with the company and our tasks. Carrier Call AG has been working remotely since the company was founded - as a result, a lot has been done in the last few years to make working comfortable for the employee. Flexible working hours allow for a good work-life balance and the high-quality equipment for the home office increases comfort and productivity. Our team consists of 20 dedicated colleagues, which makes communication and decision making efficient and uncomplicated.
