I've been working at Axetris for a few months. The company offers a lot of possibilities and support in everyday life. The management always has an open ear for the employees. We are even supported in further education by the company. I actually think that's great. As in every company, there are hectic situations that have to be mastered. It is a pleasure to be seen if one brings the solutions oneself and presents them as well. Suggestions for improvement are gladly listened to and if it fits also implemented. I can always recommend the company with a clear conscience.
