The shops are beautiful and the energy is very motivating! Customers are very nice too just need to direct them to the right products!

I have already seen and been part of a great improvement. The truth is that was an old management which wasn't so professional but the company has realized and they changed the person. Since then I am really happy and proud to be part of a great team .

I had met some of the greatest people, made good money and lived abroad which is an awesome experience.

Sharing information, bonus system, company diners, mutual goal, the option to step up the lader faster then any other company i have worked in. I decided to start as a sales person the moment i saw the bonus plan (first i was a potencial client;), i became number 2 in the region after 6 month, received an offer to become a trainer for sales with an additional commision plan, after 10 months of working tje company openwd a new shop and i became assistant manager and after a training of 4 month i got to a position of a manager. Not easy but the money i made helps me in many economical aspects and i love the team mates, the company evenings, the trip to Israel i got as a bonus feom the company tje TV i won and the chalange, never ending:)

Please recruit only people who are hard workers and thrive to succeed. I had many colleagues who worked with me side by side but were not interested in advancing and did not focus on being the best they can and that lowered my motivation. I would like have hard working salsepeople around me so i can elevate myself evwn more.

In my experience... nothing. If you're looking for a job at a stage where you feel comfortable, don't apply for this company.

I think there's room for improvement. Management underneath it all, pitiful salary, poor conditions. A real shame...

I've been with this company for two years. What I can say about that: *Everything exactly as I imagined it* * for people who like to work after goals & give their best . * motivation & stamina = KEY TO SUCCESS* & you have many options to motivate yourself & you also get a lot of motivation from your manager. You can work on your own business& you can become more and more successful, because it's all about "learning by doing" & you will also reach your goals if you give ALL & believe in yourself. After 2 years of experience I can really say that this shop is top & you can develop extremely positive. The most important: motivation, Always laugh, positive attitude, joy, determination & patience. Then comes success! Wage= awesome! FIX & with commission If you want to earn a lot& want to earn something then: WELCOME! Bosses: very hard work& you learn a lot Products: very good, natural& everything with Dead Sea salt. I had a very bad interview with the company. The wage is miserable and actually exploitative for the Swiss. My skills, training and sales experience were also completely irrelevant and I was treated like a second-class person. I was shown a possible sales plan to prove to myself that you can earn a good salary with commissions... an unrealistic plan that was obviously invented. Don't let this company fool you, or better yet, don't apply.

I'm afraid I can't list a single point here. The sales rooms are in order, but not up-to-date and outdated compared to other suppliers of high-quality cosmetic products.

The interview was a big disappointment. After I had prepared myself intensively and appeared punctually, I was, after it was clear that I am not a customer very unfriendly received and have half an hour to wait for the contact person. Already here I didn't have a good feeling anymore. I can only agree with the comments written here. Very opaque dubious distribution system. Consultations without any concept. There can never be any talk of excellent working conditions. Applying for a job in this company and going to an interview is a waste of time and not suitable for someone who is looking for a decent job with a collegial working atmosphere. During the conversation, which was very short, there were also several, I say times for a workplace very unprofessionele interruptions. Neither was I offered a place for the Gaderobe nor was there for me a glass of water in the waiting time or during the conversation . If an interview is already like this, I am not surprised about the behavior of the employees. Absolutely not recommendable as an employer.
