The contact seems friendly and at eye level. They took the time to introduce the company and gave me enough space to introduce myself. In short, it was a conversation and not going through a list of questions.

I applied for a position that was explicitly advertised as 80-100%. During the first interview (with HR), I told them that I could only work 80% due to my training. That also seemed ok. At the second interview (directly with the team leader), I suddenly found out that 100% was absolutely necessary for the position.

Other people I met there were friendly and open, it was just the interview process that was bad.

The whole process was quite unpersonal und unprofessional. First there was a video interview with the HR manager. It contained the typical standard questions. I got invited to a second interview in the office. The HR manager sent me an email with the dates on Friday evening for an interview on Monday morning. I couldn't so I replied him immediately that I won't be available and asked for another date. He didn't reply. I waited until Tuesday the next week and then called him to ask for another date. The second interview with the HR manager and the responsible manager for the role took about 15 minutes. The responsible manager just explained what the job was and then left, he didn't take a minute to get to know me. He carried a single sheet of paper and took notes with one of those short IKEA pencils. To sum up, I did not feel very needed nor welcomed at this place.

Crowdhouse is a very dynamic and rapidly growing company. This makes everyone very motivated and all pull together.

Sometimes management decisions are not very consistent.

It is an open, collegially managed company. Can't say anything bad.

I don't have one if I hadn't moved because I would still be working there.

Crowdhouse is a great place to work if you are a hands-on person. You are empowered to drive your things forward. If you have ideas to improve something - you can just start doing it. The environment is also great, and you have the opportunity to work together with successful and ambitious people. It's also good to have social activities where you can join if you like. One of the advantages you additionally get at crowdhouse is free lunch at the RBS-canteen, which is cooking delicious meals.

Because crowdhouse is fast growing, there are processes which have to be adapted to the size of the company. This is also an opportunity to design something great

Product and business idea is top and has a lot of potential. In addition, the company seems to be well financed, as the product hardly generates the necessary funds for personnel costs.

Unfortunately, management has reached its professional limits. It needs a new wind. The climate is currently also ailing. Have the feeling that many colleagues are on the jump.
