I work in paradise and that's not only because of the fantastic location on Lake Lucerne, but also because of all the nice and dedicated colleagues. The team at cereneo is very motivated. It is a bit like a family. We help each other. You can always bring in ideas and suggestions if you have the feeling that something could be improved. At cereneo we are getting better every day, there is always room for improvement everywhere. It is important that the corporate culture allows for this, and this is possible at cereneo. Supervisors are very appreciative and the cooperation is very collegial or the supervisor sees himself more as a sparring partner and coach. The application process was demanding, but both sides were able to get a good impression of whether it really fits.
