Former employee
Have trouble handing over responsibility
This works well in the company
It is a very small company, so the office, workshop and warehouse can be reached within 1 minute, which can facilitate interdepartmental processes.
This could be improved
I was an employee in the office, internal sales. The salary is at the lower end. All legal tricks are used that are possible, e.g. basic salary + fixed profit sharing = AHV contributions etc. only on basic salary. Since the employees are insured for longer than prescribed, only 80% of their salary is paid from the first day of illness. There is much more, but that would go beyond the scope of this article. The work equipment is outdated, PCs are seen as a necessary evil and not as an aid, no responsibility is given, no involvement in decisions. Lack of to non-existent information. (e.g. absence of supervisor, dismissal of colleague, purchase of new office equipment, etc.) No structure or processes, i.e. everyone works as they want, giving extra work. There are no opportunities for development or promotion. Payroll and timesheets always arrive 1-2 months late.
