I think the Bülach Region Retirement Centre Foundation is very good because you helped me a lot when I was pregnant. They paid me maternity pay even though I was on a temporary contract. Had you paid me off everything and helped me a lot more ect. That had made me very happy and I would like to say thank you for that. The team in the residential care group Soligänter is outstanding. The teamwork is great. I can only recommend the residential group Soligänter and even while sniffing in the Stiftung Alterszentrum Region Bülach I had liked it very much.

I find there are suggestions for improvement everywhere. But I'm not hired yet so I can't say where it needs to be improved.

Yes... what goes well in the company :-) good question! Working hours are okay. The salary corresponds approximately to what one imagines.

The management level should be redesigned. A reorientation should take place. All rethinking, the management hotelerie is too little well trained. I don't know. The head of the foundation still has to learn "leadership". The whole constellation has to be reconsidered! Unfortunately, this has an effect all the way to the bottom, dissatisfied employees, poorly trained apprentices etc.. The inhabitants save money and the money is misspent. That something like that would be tolerated by the board of directors?!

I have been working in the foundation for about 7 months now and feel very comfortable so far. I worked 5 months in a closed dementia department in a great team. But then I decided to switch to an open station, because this working environment suits me better. I was able to make this request without any problems and a solution was sought immediately. I was warmly welcomed in both teams and felt welcome. There are also various great occasions for MA such as the snow day in the mountains.

I have already worked in several companies and in many cases the same problems prevail everywhere. However, what is important to me personally and prevents much dissatisfaction is open communication and respectful / appreciative interaction in all areas. This is not a suggestion for improvement but my wish that this will continue to be lived.

I liked being in the foundation and appreciated the management very much. Because the PDL, management is very concerned about the employees, each problem is listened to personally and seeks a positive solution to the problem for all involved. Whether employees or BW have problems, they are always handled with care. There are many possibilities of further education and training for the staff offered, as well as internal and external training are offered at the expense of the house. It is very important for the home management to have a trained staff. Which is also reflected in the care. I enjoyed working in the foundation very much, it was fun and joy to do the difficult job with good employees. The staff responds to the wishes of BW and looks for ways to make the lives of old and sick people as pleasant as possible. I was very happy that I felt appreciated among the employees, we laughed a lot together and did a good job. The job and the pay were just right.

There could be a bigger rest room for the non-smokers or even better several small rooms.

Only after the short change of job, after 15 years, I realized how beautiful it is in Grampen. Here is the resident in midfield, everything revolves around him. After I decided to come back, I immediately got the opportunity to start my former job again. I was warmly and respectfully welcomed by the management and all the employees. The manager approaches the staff and always has an open ear for them. I have known this company for so long and recommend it to anyone who wants to appreciate a family working atmosphere and respectful treatment of the entire staff, from management to students.

I have found a very pleasant, friendly and open climate here. The residents are the centre of attention and visibly feel comfortable. But the employees are not neglected either. We benefit from many advantages such as discounted food and cool events. As the mother of a small child, I am very grateful for the flexibility of the working hours I have here at the office. The management is open for ideas and very modern thinking. I can really recommend the foundation as an employer!

Sure, there's always room for improvement. But all in all, I am very satisfied.

The work as such is of good quality. A lot of responsibility which can have a good effect on the worker.

Something needs to be changed about the management style. More respect and being taken seriously can promote a good working atmosphere. More open communication would be beneficial.
