After sending my application, I was contacted by phone quite quickly, the first thing was to get to know each other by phone call. The lady made a very hectic impression in which you asked the questions pretty quickly and said you have received many applications and would like to bring the application process as quickly as possible behind. In addition, I was asked if I smoked. I have never been asked such a question by an employer on the phone or during an interview. Or what I earn at my current employer was also such a dubious question. Last but not least, I was told that my application and I as a person make an interesting impression and that I would be contacted again by the end of the week, because everything should happen as quickly as possible. After a good 2 weeks I heard nothing and thought I would call myself to ask what the status of things was. Then another employee said: Yes, the responsible lady with whom you have phoned is on holiday and will get back to you when she is back. Until today I have never heard anything again, neither by phone nor in writing! Overall, the lady has left a very very unprofessional impression with me, which of course also on the company abwirckt!

The management is very innovative in many different areas. This results in new fields of work that are constantly being pushed forward with a lot of drive. As an employee you can get involved in everything and really make a difference. The employees are very proud of their work, it is great fun to work with them.

The company has a great mix of newer, dynamic and very long-standing, experienced employees. Naturally, there are sometimes areas of tension, but these are openly discussed and in the end everyone always pulls together.
