It is more important to have more offices, 1 toilet for the men, 1 toilet for the ladies. One is constantly waiting until one can go to the toilet and that is only one thing.

Actually, nothing is going as it should. Allegedly, the company has grown too fast. Other companies are also growing fast. But things are better there.

The building in Kölliken is new. However, no process is yet working as it should. The potential for improvement is massive. However, one should listen to professionals who bring expertise and experience.

Location Kölliken: After 2 job interviews I received an acceptance and a generous offer. Already booked holidays were no problem! Shortly thereafter I received the plan for my familiarization over 3 months including stays at other locations in Germany and abroad. The climate is pleasant, friendly and always helpful. The equipment is modern and professional. The superior always takes the time to answer any questions and leaves me and the others enough space to leave our own footprint.

Since the location is still very new, everyone must help with organizing and setting up. But this was nothing negative for me, as the team is just welding it together more and you can help shape your future workplace in many ways.
