Most of the employees are very friendly and you can have a lot of fun together. You often meet up in private too. You can tell that PKZ wants to modernize itself and that many initiatives are being launched.

Of course, it is normal that not all initiatives can be implemented immediately. However, the large number of ideas and suggestions shows the commitment and innovative strength that exists within the company. More transparent communication from the management level would be desirable in order to keep all departments informed about which projects are being worked on.
