Lots of great employees. Unfortunately, too many changes and redundancies have severely disturbed the working environment. The role of HR is more than questionable and not at the level of Swisslife AG. Too many egomaniacs work in HR and you get the feeling that they enjoy "humiliating" people. HR makes a bad impression and you would never trust Swisslife HR.
