The food offered in the restaurants and café bars is of the best quality and is produced in the kitchens and bakery itself. There are various professions within the foundation. From a flower shop, an organic nursery, to business maintenance, laundry, restaurants, a textile, flower and graphic design studio, and even a beauty salon > there is something for everyone! Trainees are individually trained and supported, and for pupils who need extra supervision there is one special school in Glattfelden and two in Zurich-Schwamendingen. If you don't get along here, you are definitely doing something wrong yourself.

The foundation is not modern! The schools are not barrier free, as well as most of the stores. The UNCRPD (Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities) is not an issue, no implementation. This foundation has 200 learners with disabilities! Solution-oriented leadership a foreign word, who wants to live it, must go or is gone. Little retreat for the learners if any. The learners are not really taken seriously. Also demands of the learners, which are legitimate, are not answered. Unfortunately a place that is not recommended to work. The management has not approved ramps and this x times. Why do such foundations get money if they are not barrier free in any form! Go with the wheelchair in the bakery, school ect.! A good idea the model but wrong people in the leadership who do not want to implement the UN CRPD.
