Punctual salary transfer, good social security/services. Generous in terms of flexible working hours. No pressure / stress at work.

This could be improved

Equal treatment of employees urgently needed. Not everyone has equal rights and this leads to a poor working atmosphere. Management style urgently needs to be adapted. Lack of trust in employees, loss of competencies, which leads to loss of motivation.
