Financial resources are intact, albeit moderately managed. The energy suppliers (still) live in a "sheltered workshop", so to speak. Accordingly, the above problems currently have hardly any economic consequences. The shareholders are (too) good-natured and loyal.

The management style is very outdated and delegative. Great importance is attached to formalities and small details. The focus on the essentials is neglected. People prefer to discuss the comma in the right place rather than the real problems and challenges (e.g. margin erosion, strategy, employee turnover). Communication should be significantly improved. Employees are only moderately involved in management considerations. The company is correspondingly restless. The Board of Directors is not visible or perceptible.

The company is dynamic. The installation cable does its job very well.

The fluctuation is high. This problem could be solved or at least reduced with a participative corporate and leadership culture. In general, cooperation should be encouraged and delegation reduced. Fear of making mistakes should be reduced. Work-Life-Balance can be improved on management positions. The management structures should be questioned.

The EWJR is a well-rehearsed team, the climate is also good. The work is very varied. Short decision paths are also positive.

The company is very fast moving, but I don't see any potential for improvement.

EWJR AG offers interesting projects, modern workplaces and flexible working hours. Atmosphere and teams are well-rehearsed and can also participate and co-decide well.
