I'm really enthusiastic about my employer. AXA has so many great offers and benefits for employees that I couldn't ask for more! From discounted insurance and banking products to special rewards and life events, family support and flexibility at work - AXA really looks after us. What's more, I've just found out that further measures will be introduced from 2025 to support me when I'm unwell or in special situations (e.g. 8 weeks' paternity leave). It helps to know that my employer is so committed to the well-being of its employees. For me, AXA is not only an employer whose culture promotes trust, encourages me to make and implement suggestions and is less hierarchical, but also an employer that takes its social responsibility seriously and promotes flexible employees. The corporate culture values collaboration, personal development and diversity, and you can feel that. I appreciate working here.

As in many large companies, it is sometimes difficult to find certain information - because there are so many sources of information.

AXA is making itself agile across all business units. And it really takes exemplary care of its employees.

Need to get their public reputation to where they actually are so people will want to go to them even more. From my point of view, AXA belongs in the top ten list.

There are constantly a lot of projects and changes, for those who like a lot of work, the company is to be recommended.

The atmosphere and collaboration in the teams needs to be improved. I have the impression that I am not learning anything new because there is no time for training. The management is not open-minded, but is focused on numbers. There are very few opportunities to make a career or change jobs internally. Loyalty bonuses are abolished.

I consider AXA to be a top employer with very good fringe benefits, especially for parents AXA offers a great environment with part-time work and flexible working hours as well as excellent conditions for maternity and paternity leave. The size of the company also means that there are always interesting career steps and development opportunities. In general, there is a very pleasant working atmosphere, although of course it can vary somewhat from team to team and depending on the superior. I can recommend AXA as an employer with a clear conscience.

In my opinion, there is potential for improvement among managers, who unfortunately in certain areas are still mostly in organizational leadership instead of really coaching and further developing employees. But AXA is certainly not alone in this.
