...very bad procedure! Application in 2019 and no rejection / acceptance to date. my documents were allegedly very interesting and I was supposed to fill out a questionnaire within 3 days, because they wanted to decide a few days later. that was in January !!! The job description was also changed and removed several times.

clear processes or decisions! Stalling applicants for weeks and months is not the fine way and it does not leave a serious impression!
