I (ü50) have applied several times in the past for job advertisements at impuls where I fulfilled the requirements (languages, SAP, experience). Once I received a standard rejection, mostly I heard nothing at all and a little later the exact same advertisement was still online or again. I found a job elsewhere thanks to a dedicated mediator.

I fulfil the requirements listed in an advertisement 100% and still get a rejection after a very short time with the reason that the requirements of the customer are not fulfilled. That can make me wonder. Dear team of Job Impulse, please list ALL desired requirements in the future, because this will save you "useless" applications. In addition, the applicant needs a real reason for the rejection, because only in this way can he or she do better in the next application. Thank you. I'll take care of it.

Thanks to jobimpuls I was able to work for a few months at the reception desk of Livit AG. The system for recording hours is very simple and the employees are always available to answer questions.
