I (ü50) have applied several times in the past for job advertisements at impuls where I fulfilled the requirements (languages, SAP, experience). Once I received a standard rejection, mostly I heard nothing at all and a little later the exact same advertisement was still online or again. I found a job elsewhere thanks to a dedicated mediator.
