The employees in management positions challenge the employees and try to simplify their work by all means. There are no paper reports. Everything is stored in the cloud-based system and everyone can access all orders from anywhere. As a technician/installer, you have a tablet with 5G internet. Respect and appreciation are the be-all and end-all here. I am satisfied.
