Amazing company culture. Every colleague is working hard to bring the company closer to the goal. Still all colleagues are willing to go an extra mile if anyone needs help or assistance. The work that you do every day is directly influencing the performance of the company. It really means something and that is incredibly motivating.

As in every start-up company there is always a bit of risk involved and that is somehow present in the back of the head.

The company has a very international orientation in terms of employees and customers/markets. The standard language is English. The technology is versatile and several application areas are pursued in parallel. The necessary expertise for the different areas is covered internally or efficiently brought in externally. The management itself has a wealth of experience, but also actively seeks the opinion of employees. Feedback and open communication from employees is highly appreciated and encouraged. The team consists of a good mix of experienced professionals and some newcomers, generally with a high level of education. Very agile way of working. Good ideas can be implemented within a very short time. Of course, this also requires adaptability from the employees. Flexible working hours and uncomplicated holiday planning. Location in Root D4 near Lucerne is easily accessible by public transport and car, and the existing infrastructure is excellent. Coffee consumption is high, but that's not surprising given the ambitious goals and several baristas.

A comprehensive analysis of the requirements and potential of the individual applications and sub-applications would allow for a more targeted development. A lot of self-responsibility is required, which is basically good. However, a somewhat tighter management in some areas could increase the efficiency of the work. Fringe benefits: Few, or not known to the employees.

There was a good, collegial atmosphere and a dynamic working environment; the small team consists of 12 international employees; one has a broad personal scope of duties and responsibilities; one can feel the high esteem in comparison to other, (larger) companies; an exciting, innovative product with a high contribution to sustainability is being developed and distributed in an international environment.

When you work in a start-up, you have to be aware that everything is geared towards success in the future and there is no cushion to rest on. Accordingly, a high level of motivation and self-motivation is expected.

Growth in a start-up environment requires a strong corporate culture and that common values are lived and strengthened. Such a culture and the creation of common values must be constantly worked on - in this area there is always and everywhere potential

Amphasys works within a beautiful subject: pollen. What a pity that’s how far it goes in terms of management structure, knowledge, transparency and dishonesty. The product they sell, a machine that measures pollen viability is simply put an unfinished product, a prototype. Hopefully their owners will sooner or later realize about after their lack of growth.

Very interesting technology with a lot of potential. Consequent customer focus. A lot of nice and bright people.

Market is new and needs to be developed. Customers are a bit slow in adapting the technology.
