Employees who think differently and are not treated fairly find themselves and support each other

As a former employee at Veloplus AG, I would like to share some insights. One of the challenges was the CEO's lack of clear structure and decision-making ability. His military style of leadership and patriarchal approach made it difficult to work effectively. Criticism of leaders was often ignored and many managers seemed to be yes-men who agreed with every decision the CEO made. Another problem was the lack of equal treatment of employees. It seemed that not all employees were treated fairly and there was a noticeable inequality in the company. This led to dissatisfaction and frustration among employees. Furthermore, wages and benefits were unsatisfactory. Many employees felt underpaid and inadequately remunerated for their work. This had a negative impact on employee motivation and commitment. Overall, then, there were a number of challenges at Veloplus AG that made it difficult to work there. It would be important to address these issues to create a better working environment for all employees.
