No answer to queries. When you call, you talk to a good three different people, from all of them you get different (sometimes very rude) answers. You don't have the feeling that the application process is running smoothly or that everyone is talking about the same process (if you get an answer at all). According to job advertisements, it may be quite good never to have received an answer - the fluctuation rate must be quite high.

Why do I receive feedback for my application after a fabulous 4 (!!!) months? I am well aware of the selection procedure and I must never reply months later. In the meantime I have another job - by the way, I received a feedback within 4 days. But maybe things are different in the big canton.
