Too many problems in the company. Management knows no criticism, pride and arrogance are commonplace. In a DACH organisation run from Germany, a career as a Swiss is impossible. A lot of unmotivated and sometimes very frustrated employees in Feldbach, who are just waiting to move to another company! ALL courses are in JENA (East Germany), partly Munich.
