The highly praised "communication person to person" only takes place in the "upper layer", in the absence of the employee concerned, i.e. behind the scenes. Efficiency has lost nothing here. The behaviour of superiors towards employees is therefore very questionable.

I appreciate the super team, the opportunities for further training and the pleasant working atmosphere, varied customer projects and challenging tasks.

Accelerate internal processes. More agility and innovation.

Family-run company, very progressive, constructive working atmosphere in which progress, further development and the participation of employees is very much desired. I can recommend it to anyone as an employer.

Wages could be better and the industry is generally under a lot of pressure.
