With personal recommendation I applied here. The application process was fast and pleasant, everything went smoothly. It was already clear at the interview that I would get the job. Everyone put it like that, it was clear. Then after 2 weeks I got a mail from the management with a reason what was not the truth. I was disappointed, of course, but I took note. The hospital would be good from the point of view of its location, so I called it again after a year, but I didn't apply again. The secretary was not nice, and has clearly said that they are not looking for mothers, for part-time or job sharing there is no way. In response to my question, what do the staff who are mothers do, she said that they don't currently have to hire mothers, because nowadays they get so many applications that they can choose who want to work full-time. I think it's really bad because there's no way you can finish her resident. And I'm not the only one who's had that kind of experience with this hospital.
