When I asked for new working conditions, I was fired, without explanation or consent. I was ready to compromise, but I didn't have the opportunity. I enjoyed working nights at Lebensart. Good working atmosphere with night colleagues, but working hours without compromising on scheduling. At least for me. I only had contact with one person.
