Knöpfli attaches great importance to the customer being 100% satisfied. If the customer is happy, so am I. If I have to do something private, I don't have to clock out straight away. We can get coffee for free.

I have been working at Knöpfli AG for a long time and I particularly like the fact that everything is very relaxed. People talk to each other as if it were a family.
