Application process: I received a quick response to my application and an invitation for a 1st interview. I found the appointment with an HR employee to be personal (Du culture) and very friendly. The second interview was very personal, all questions were clarified on both sides and time was taken for the interview. In general, I have a very positive impression of the entire application process.

Assessment application process: The personality questions and scoring caused me slight confusion (a choice had to be made, even if neither statement was true). The cognitive skills test contained a single type of repetitive task, with increasing difficulty (logic test?). Here I would like to see several different types of tests to get a holistic statement/feedback on cognitive skills.

The aministration at Postbus works very well. The climate in the team is also "still" good. But the constant changes that result from the fact that the level and image of PostBus has fallen sharply over the past 10 years are endangering the climate. It is difficult to get good and experienced employees and then keep them.

For me as an employee, I see the best way to improve is to relieve the burden on the employees. We are constantly in the red. There are hardly any breathers. The services are very long. Long, unpaid breaks are the rule. The services to be driven are very strict. There is little standing time at the terminal stops. I also see opportunities in the procurement of vehicles. One should have made use of alternative energy sources years ago.
