Colleague cohesion is good as long as none of the bosses in the upper areas are affected or interfere anywhere, from the regional management level upwards the gap widens quite a bit. The only positive thing is that there are opportunities to work from home, so you at least have a few days of peace and quiet.

Authoritarian company. Many of the bosses (gentlemen) have been with the company for ages and have therefore missed the development of the times. The values that the company embodies or even the current slogan, because health is everything, probably only apply to the customers, internally it looks quite different. Extreme regional silo thinking and acting.

To some extent, the cohesion among colleagues is right. But slowly it is no longer the case, as almost all perennial colleagues have changed happily.

A lot of things go wrong with the daily allowance. Very very high fluctuation, which is understandable. After 4 months of employment at the latest, you know why.

Give your employees the chance to develop further! Internal problems should be solved more quickly and not postponed forever.

It is not for nothing that SWICA has been rated best CT in Switzerland several times in a row for years. Culture is also lived inwardly. Good working conditions, a great climate among each other and a fair, social employer.

Sympathetic CEO who takes the concerns of employees seriously and strives for improvement. Good opportunities for further training and promotion. Interesting and varied work.

Unfortunately, the working atmosphere between the different departments is very bad. Many try to delegate the work to others, especially in difficult cases and complaints. Also the leading positions do not want to take over responsibility and leave the cases from the ?normal? specialists to take the blame although expressly from the customer a superior is required. It is often blasphemed and many customer service representatives think they are something better and treat the others disrespectfully and arrogantly. It has too few personnel and one is constantly under pressure and stressed. The request to hire new employees was not approved by the managers although there is a noticeable lack of employees. The payment is bad in contrast to other health insurance companies. A wage increase is usually rejected even though one delivers excellent work and if one is approved, it is a ridiculous increase. Superiors would have to take more action and instruct employees accordingly in the event of misconduct.

ATTENTION: A call to Swica resulted in the following. 1) Job already filled, but still advertised 2) The description was not correct as far as the technical requirements were concerned. In this case, the wording "medical OR KV experience" was the nice team leader on the phone but told me that medical expertise was indispensable for this job. Always get INFO first via TEL
