The Great Place To Work award is well deserved. Good opportunity to work with real experts, explore new horizon, learn and share skills. 80 employees at the time of that review but the communication is still very easy and open at any level of the organization. The company gives you the means, the tools and the resources to work in the best conditions.

Humanity: I was overwhelmed by the helpfulness and the appreciation shown, focused, everyone has the same goal, "tutti fratelli". Organization: small but fine, because the company with >80 employees functions top, people know each other, decisions are made promptly and comprehensibly, changes are part of everyday life and are used as an opportunity. The internal communication can be even more improved, what is push, what is pull information. There is no limitation to work on communication skills, there will be always potential to continue improve and learn.

There's always room for improvement in all structures, but achieving the "Great Place to Work" label in 2019 is a sign of good working conditions.
