As part of the hotel management school I was allowed to complete two internships at Bürgenstock Resort. The first began in the middle of the resort's opening phase. It is true that at that time much still had to be improvised and a lot of flexibility was needed. All the more it was nice to see after almost two years that a lot has really improved. There is a lot being done to create a good working atmosphere and we work daily to improve this even further. It is also nice to see that there are a lot of internal promotions and you have a lot of career opportunities. There are many fringe benefits that we employees can take advantage of. Well, keep it up and hopefully see you soon!

Communication across departments is sometimes still lacking, but this should soon improve with the implementation of values and the Crossworking Day which every employee has to benefit from once a year.

- Beautiful working place inside and out. - HR team constantly working on the staff satisfaction (but keeping everyone happy is not possible as you know and maybe not also necessary). - Internal trainings organised by HR team. - Diverse, exciting and interesting, if one likes a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment that comes along with many changes. - International teams. - Possibility to sign up for staff accommodation on the resort, daily warm meals, the car parking, fitness, SPA and use many other benefits. Tip: Stick with friendly and positive colleagues to keep yourself in a good feeling place as there are always, as in any other working place, the party poopers, too.

There is always a place for improvement, especially in a new resort, yet the HR department and most of the management are very responsive and always willing to work on things - that is the most important.

Thanks to the dedicated and motivated staff, the process works like clockwork, every cog is important and all departments make an important contribution to deliver the absolute maximum for our guests.

I see potential for improvement in the expansion of further activities to extend our range even further. But these are small details in the supreme discipline.

Very pleasant working atmosphere. Each employee works with great pleasure. Infrastructure modern and clean.

Little communication from management level. Internal communication could generally be better.
