I think the working atmosphere in the team is excellent - there is a strong sense of togetherness, which makes working together pleasant and productive. In my opinion, the working hours are well structured and well thought out, which makes everyday working life easier. I also appreciate the ideal location of Alpsteg Fenster AG, as it is only about 10 minutes from the highway.

I see considerable potential for improvement in management. I often have the feeling that the blame is placed exclusively on the employees, while the management level denies any responsibility. I also find the work very monotonous, which is demotivating in the long run. I find it particularly annoying that employees, including myself, are hardly appreciated. This not only has a negative impact on motivation, but also on the atmosphere in the workplace.
