My experience is one thing above all: everyone was treated equally, harshly and fairly, whether customer, supplier or employee. I found that super! We were always paid on time even during the Corona time even 100% and did not have to work for a long time. It is certainly a healthy company. The boss is a real role model. He knows everything. Helps if possible or clarifies. His way of working is very thoughtful and exact, which he also demanded from us employees. You won't find an SME like Lauper again so quickly. I was satisfied. I enjoyed the work. I was also allowed to study and reduce my workload. I was always able to come up with new ideas. The boss appreciated that (also in the December salary as a bonus). I could discuss problems directly with the boss and we then found a solution that was satisfactory for everyone. Always very cooperative. If "that" had not happened to me privately, I would certainly still be working at Lauper today. I can only recommend this company as an employer.

The management should calmly intervene more when people talk too much in private, look at their cell phones, or take care of private matters. That sometimes annoyed me as a correct employee.
