This works well in the company
Today? Today? Not much else besides the postal service to send letters of dismissal...
This could be improved
The management that changes every four mornings. Keeping promises... Asking for a lot but giving nothing. One of the lowest salaries in the business.

This works well in the company
I am currently working as a construction machinery mechanic in the Volketswil branch. The company has been with me since 2010 and I have had a very good time there since then. The leadership is tight, but also very indirect, giving the opportunity to involve oneself in the work process. I would recommend it to all mechanics who are interested in working with an exciting product.
This could be improved
The working conditions are sometimes somewhat nerve-racking, as the necessary space is often lacking. However, this could change in the future.

Workplace climate is getting worse and worse

Used to be a good employer. In recent years, the working atmosphere has become worse and worse. Very high volume of work, many overtime hours, opaque communication, hire and fire culture from management.

I worked at Wacker Neuson as a mechanic for five years. I had a very nice, exciting and instructive time there. The climate with the employees and the superiors was very collegial and constructive. A great employer, also for apprentices.
