There is the company for a very long time, simple structure.

It was a very bad working atmosphere. Above all, and this is a fact, all longstanding employees were given notice. I, too, was dismissed, and no one was allowed to give me any criticism. That's why it was a culture of fear for me.

Each individual contributes to the company and is supported in further training or work/life balance. Quality and know-how as well as new ideas and efficient solutions characterize this team.

Nowadays, a company is constantly changing and must be able to adapt. My impression is very positive regarding flexibility and openness to position themselves healthy and strong for the future. I appreciate the working culture and like to be part of this dynamic team.

Location was good, directly at public transport connection and parking available.

I was one of the longest employees at Papierhof, over 30 years. I have witnessed a lot and unfortunately the last 5 years have not been good at all. To put it nicely, the working atmosphere is simply no longer there. Like many other long-time colleagues, I had to leave, also for the sake of my health.

Of course, the possibilities are limited for a small company. But the location is quite good in terms of transport.

I was with Papierhof for a very long time, had years that were very good, good colleagues. Dealings with employees are sometimes good, then again not good at all (more often). Trust is unfortunately completely missing.

I can't understand the bad reviews. Papierhof Rheinfelden AG is a good employer with a modern infrastructure (standing desks etc.), is digitally on the move and this creates simple communication channels. The working atmosphere as well as the interaction with each other is collegial and uncomplicated. There is a "you" culture and a pleasant working atmosphere with international contacts. It's fun to work for such a dynamic company and I'm happy to be a part of it.

Papierhof Rheinfelden AG is in a constant state of change and therefore, from my point of view, there is no need for improvement at the moment.

Everything runs smoothly in the paper yard. I enjoy my work, it's varied and interesting. Our computers and programs are always up to date. I've been working at Papierhof for over 20 years and I'm satisfied (otherwise I certainly wouldn't still be here).

Our team is small, so everyone has to contribute or it doesn't work.

Good traffic connections. Location in Rheinfelden. Former employees were top, unfortunately many left.

The Papierhof company has a very patriarchal management style. Unfortunately, little appreciation for the employees. No benefits. Little to no loyalty towards the employees.

The Papierhof is a very loyal and fair employer as long as the work is done to the best of our knowledge and belief (this is the case everywhere). Thinking along, questioning and contributing ideas is desired. Very short decision-making processes.

I have been working at Papierhof for about 3 years and as in every company there is room for improvement. And we always invest in the development of the company.
