It's great fun to work here :) The team is very collegial and I was warmly welcomed. The fact that everyone always takes part in the staff events was a sign to me that the team spirit is huge. And there are lots of fringe benefits! As an employee, I am challenged with demanding tasks and supported with further training. The management always has an open ear for this. So I can continue to develop :)

The start-up feeling is still palpable. This makes the company dynamic and as an employee you can have all the more impact, but in some corners it could still do with some tidying up. But they are actively working on improving this.
