Great company with a good spirit. You still notice that this is a company run by the Würth family, despite the almost 80,000 employees. Very good social benefits, modern remuneration, very fair working atmosphere.

Partly a gap between office and field service. Among other things, this is due to the spatial distance. Outside of Corona times, however, regular attempts are made to narrow this gap in the form of kickoffs or parties.
