This works well in the company
The concept of pushing the staff to sale more and more.....that if you push a lot to sale some brands which have provision, than your salary is growing....so in this way the the motivation of workers for some brands works well and the staff are motivate to sale more.
This could be improved
Managment, Working teams, Communication, Working atmosphere.
